Adopts
• I do NOT sell/trade to minors (17 and younger) and I do NOT consent to my designs being resold/traded/gifted to minors. If I catch you doing so, you will be blocked and blacklisted.
• You can change anything about the adopt.
• You can use the adopt in anything.
• Commercial use is fine, just let me know beforehand. If you publish something with the design being used, I'd love to see it!
• You can NOT claim the adopt’s design and/or base as your own.
• You can NOT resell the adopt for more than you paid, unless extra art comes with it.
• Buyer has 24 hours to send payment after invoice or PayPal.me link has been sent. Otherwise, the adopt goes back up for sale.
• I will allow a buyer to back out of buying an adopt one time with no penalty. If it happens a second time, you will be blocked and blacklisted.
• NO refunds will be given for adopts.Payment
• Payment is through PayPal invoice or PayPal.me link.
• Currency is always USD.
• Payment is always required up front.
• Any address you provide with your PayPal payment is for billing purposes only. My commissions are strictly digital, and as such, no physical product will be shipped to you.
• If you wish to send a tip, please use my Ko-Fi. Tips are obviously not required, but are very much appreciated!
• I only start a commission after I have received full payment.Refunds
• NO refunds will be given for adopts or YCHs.
• My Queue always has the most up-to-date status of commission progress. Please check the status of your commission before requesting a refund.
• If my Queue indicates that I have not started your commission, I will issue a full refund.
• If my Queue indicates that your commission is a Work In Progress (WIP), I will issue a partial refund. How much the refund is will depend on 1) what type of commission you ordered, and 2) where my progress is on the commission.
• I do not, under any circumstances, give refunds for completed commissions.
• If I have refunded a partially completed commission, I reserve the right to use the pose as a YCH.About Commissions
• I reserve the right to refuse a commission.
• I retain all rights to my art. You may not claim my artwork as your own.
• Commissioner will receive a high-res file. No PSD files.
• Unless asked otherwise by the commissioner, I will post finished commissions on Fur Affinity, DeviantArt, and Twitter.
• You may repost the commission as long as you give me credit and do not claim it as your own. Links to the original submission (if applicable) are not required, but appreciated.
• If I see that you have reposted my artwork without credit or are claiming it as your own, I will issue a warning. If I catch you doing so a second time, you will be blocked and blacklisted.
• If you repost the commission on Toyhouse, please credit me as an On-Site Creator with the username @YuuniNya.
• Only the commissioner may repost the commission. Do NOT repost commissions that were not paid for by you, regardless of offering credit.
• Commissions are for personal use only. They are not to be redistributed, used commercially, or for profit.
• All of my commissions are strictly digital products. No physical product will be given.Commission Procedure
• I work on commissions based on who paid first. I do not skip around my queue unless requested by the commissioner or a rush fee has been paid.
• All commission cards on my Queue have due dates on them. You will receive your finished commission no later than this date.
• If you wish to receive your commission sooner than the due date, you may pay an additional rush fee of $10 at the time of purchase. I do NOT accept rush fees added after payment has been given.
• Please do NOT contact me about the status of your commission. All commission statuses will be kept up-to-date on my Queue.
• Once you confirm that you have received the finished commission, I will mark your PayPal invoice as Order Processed. You might get an email from PayPal that reflects this update, as it is technically the “shipping” notification. No action is required and you’re not being charged again.Blacklist
